Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for supporting Centenary Baptist Church, South Lalaguda. We are grateful for your generosity, which helps us carry out our mission and ministry. As a non-profit church organization, we take donations seriously and aim to maintain transparency and trust.

1. Donations

All donations made to Centenary Baptist Church are voluntary and non-refundable. Once a donation is processed, it cannot be canceled or reversed except in specific circumstances outlined below.

2. Refund Requests

If you believe a donation was made in error or if there was a technical issue resulting in a duplicate or incorrect transaction, you may request a refund by contacting us within 7 days of the transaction date.

All refund requests must include the following details:

• Full Name of the Donor
• Date and Amount of Donation
• Transaction ID / Reference Number
• Reason for the refund request

We will review the request and, if found valid, process the refund within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method only.

3. Cancellation Policy

As donations are immediate and one-time, there is no option to cancel a donation once it has been processed. For any recurring or scheduled donations, you may contact us in advance to cancel future contributions.
